Stranded… Where’s the Help?

This afternoon, I was called to pick up my grandson. His mother was to ill to pick him up and fell asleep. The teacher was expecting the parent pick up, but no one came. The teacher didn’t panic; she wouldn’t leave a boy stranded; she has a system; she enacted Plan B – call my son, the father. He was at work; he couldn’t pick up his son, he had a system; he enacted Plan C – me.

My grandson was not stranded, though as a six year old he could have felt that way. He has strong team caring for him. His teacher kept him informed on the plan of action.

This is what it is like to be with a franchise. The first time owner may not know the unexpected circumstances that they will encounter. Because the Franchise has been in business for a long time and has encountered these unexpected events, they have either developed plans and controls to help smooth the event OR they are a phone call away to give advice.
